Meghann became the Program Coordinator for the Robert Louis Stevenson Elementary After School Program when the program was first created in March 2007. Meghann had recently moved to San Francisco from the White Mountains of New Hampshire where she graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Social Work. She began her career working with youth as a wilderness therapy guide, backpacking through the forests of Maine and New Hampshire to heighten self-awareness and self-esteem, which she still enjoys doing during the summer season.

Meghann loves anything outdoors, including hiking, skiing, and kayaking. However, her real passion is swimming and if it were possible to live underwater, she would. Meghann is excited to live near a new ocean and to be a part of a new beginning for the Sunset Neighborhood Beacon Center.
